These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bias Widgets mobile application (hereafter "the App") developed by Li (hereafter "we", "us", or "the Service Provider") and offered as a freemium service for iOS devices.
By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country, whichever is higher) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App, including its source code, design, graphics, text, and audio, remain the sole property of the Service Provider and its licensors.
Some images and assets used within the App (such as character emojis) are sourced from public materials and used under fair-use principles. If you believe any content within the App infringes upon your rights, please refer to our in-app Copyright Complaint Guidelines or contact us at the email below.
The App allows you to personalize your widgets with content you provide, including names, dates, photos, and quotes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you confirm that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you upload, and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
User Content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
The App offers optional in-app purchases and an auto-renewing subscription called Widget+ that unlocks additional features such as multiple widgets, animal emojis on the Lock Screen, and slideshow auto-rotation.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device:
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to enjoy Widget+ features until then.
All purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple in accordance with their policies. Please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
We are committed to making the App as useful and reliable as possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also introduce new fees or change pricing for in-app purchases at any time, and any such changes will be clearly communicated through the App or the App Store.
Some features of the App require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the App does not function fully due to lack of network access, server downtime, or device limitations.
If you use the App outside of a Wi-Fi area, the terms of your mobile network provider apply. You may incur data usage charges, including roaming charges if used internationally without disabling data roaming. By using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the App, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.
It is your responsibility to keep your device charged, updated, and secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or otherwise tampering with the iOS operating system, as this may expose your device to security vulnerabilities and may cause the App to malfunction. The Service Provider is not liable for any issues arising from such modifications.
The App relies on third-party services for analytics, advertising, and in-app purchase processing (including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Apple StoreKit). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which are linked in our Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Reliance on any information delivered by these services is at your own risk.
From time to time, we may release updates to the App to add features, fix bugs, or maintain compatibility with newer versions of iOS. You agree to install updates when prompted in order to continue using the App. We do not guarantee that we will continuously update the App or maintain compatibility with every iOS version installed on your device.
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. The Service Provider does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service Provider's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the Service Provider's place of business.
